Lattice and Glory by Hella Jongerius

16-01-2018

A flat rug with a refined houndstooth construction, Lattice’s appeal lies both in the striking colour combinations of the weave and its endless potential for combination. It is hand woven using thick, woollen yarn bound together with a thin contrasting cotton.

Easily suited to many types of interiors, Lattice is a quiet yet intriguing and highly attractive contemporary design.

Inspired by the development of the colour palette and blanket for Lattice, Glory combines colours to inspiring new effect with a patchwork design of multihued squares.

Whether seen from afar or up close, the colours swim delightfully in and out of focus, sometimes appearing fuzzy while never losing their vibrancy, making Glory a colourful rug that will brighten any interior.
